The service hours for heating and air conditioning in the building is Monday through Friday, from 6:00AM to 6:00PM, with the exception of building holidays.
If the temperature in your office needs adjusting during normal business hours, please submit a work order, or contact Property Management and your call will be immediately referred to Engineering personnel.
Heating and air conditioning during hours other than those stated above can be provided at an extra charge of $28/hour, upon written request to Property Management. Property Management requires at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure proper scheduling.
