About the Summit
The Summit is a 500,000-plus square foot office complex located in downtown Bellevue, with panoramic views of Mt. Rainier, Lake Washington, and Downtown. Three office towers are fully constructed and operational: The PSE East Building (Summit 1), Summit 2 and Amazon’s Grace SEA104 (Summit 3). The Summit is connected below-grade by a parking garage. Amenities available to Tenants include a conference center, fitness center, childcare, parking, food service, and on-site property management personnel.
