Standard Evening Services

Nightly janitorial services at The Summit are provided by a third party vendor every Sunday through Thursday, from 6:00PM – 2:00AM, with the exception of building holidays. In addition to the daily cleaning of office premises and common areas, our janitorial team are responsible for all lobbies and washrooms, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the exterior plazas. For liability purposes, Janitors have been instructed not to touch electronic equipment, artwork and other small, delicate objects.

For the removal of larger than normal quantities of trash or requests for above standard cleaning, please contact the Property Management Office for scheduling. (Please note, these additional services are at the expense of the Tenant.)

Day Porter Services

In addition to nightly services, a Day Porter is on-site to provide cleaning services every Monday through Friday, from 7:00AM – 4:00PM, with the exception of building holidays. The Day Porter ensures all building common areas and restrooms remain clean during normal business hours and addresses any special needs and cleaning requests that may arise.

Additional Housekeeping Services

Property Management can assist your office in the coordination of a wide range of services in addition to the regular cleaning services provided. These services can be scheduled as a one-time or reoccurring service. This is including, but not limited to:

  • Carpet maintenance programs covering stain removal, periodic pile lifting, carpet shampooing, and hot water extraction
  • Fabric upholstery cleaning
  • Kitchen appliance cleaning (microwaves, refrigerators, and stoves)
  • Drapery and blind cleaning
  • Ceiling cleaning
