The Summit is managed by a professional Management Team. The Management Team has been chosen for its expertise in managing corporate office properties and reflects depth in management covering all functional operating areas. It is our objective to provide you with the highest quality service available to ensure your comfort and continued tenancy.
The Property Management Office is located at 10885 NE 4th Street, Suite 190. It is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. During non-business hours, the Property Management Office main phone line is forwarded to Security. In case of an emergency, you may contact the Security Office directly at (425) 451-4343.

Service Requests should be placed using the online work order request system. The online system allows tenants to track the status of a work order from start to finish. Visit the “Request Service” link on the home page. Nearly all requests can be coordinated through the Property Management Office. A few examples are listed below:

All Engineers and Security personnel are radio dispatched from the Property Management Office. The Property Management Office is in constant contact with the Engineering staff. On weekends and after hours, our 24-hour Security staff is available on Level P2 in case of an emergency. They can be reached at (425) 451-4343.
Calls to Property Management will be answered 24/7. All priority requests will be dealt with immediately, and any non-urgent requests will be addressed within a timely manner.
