The Summit

Summit 1 and Summit 2 have been certified as LEED Platinum compliant and Summit 3 has been certified as LEED Gold. The buildings are also Energy Star compliant, which means that they meet or exceed very stringent sustainability, environmental, and efficiency standards. These standards cover not just design and construction, but also building management, supply, and maintenance.

To help reduce energy costs, we ask that Tenants please close their blinds before leaving their Suite, especially before sunny weekends. This helps reduce cooling demand while the building is empty.
