Monthly
- Reserved Parking: Reserved parking stalls located on upper levels of garage. Reserved signage installed on the parking stall.
- Non-Reserved Parking: Unreserved parking stalls in the garage. Parkers can park in any non-reserved parking stall. Parkers generally cannot park in the same stall every day. Earlier in the day they can park on the upper levels but later in the day they will likely be closer to the bottom levels.
- Motorcycle: unreserved parking for motorcycles and scooters in designated areas is available.
Hourly
- Day Parking: Parking rates based on duration of stay in the garage.
- Night/Weekend Parking: The Summit’s parking garage is closed to parkers without access cards from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on weekdays, and all day on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
Please note, there is no overnight parking without prior approval.
If you are a Tenant and you need to make any special parking arrangements, please contact the Property Management Office.
TENANT MONTHLY PARKING PROCEDURES
Monthly parking in the garage is available at The Summit. Tenants may offer parking to their employees.
Individuals looking to purchase monthly parking, please contact the parking office at (425) 451-0083.
Note: A license plate is required to process all parking forms. If you do not have permanent license plates, please note that on the form and provide the license plate information as soon as possible.
License Plate Recognition
All monthly parkers will enter and exit the garage using License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology. This is an advanced technology that provides virtual monthly parking permits through a vehicles’ license plate instead of a physical badge or access card. Monthly parkers may register up to two vehicle license plates in our system at one time. However, only one vehicle will be allowed parking access at any one time. For more information on how this works, please read these FAQ’s.
Bluetooth Mobile Access
For added convenience, all monthly parkers may also choose to use an optional Bluetooth enabled mobile phone app for a low cost $6.00 annual subscription, which will be paid by the monthly parker. By using the mobile devices Bluetooth signal, if a monthly parker has registered their device through the app and paid the annual subscription fee, the mobile device will act as the parking garage access, allowing parkers to exit and enter the garage.
HOURLY PARKING PROCEDURES
Hourly or daily parkers must take a ticket from the dispenser when entering the Garage. Upon exiting, they must pay the amount owed. Parkers can pay using the automated pay stations located in the main lobby of each building or pay-in-lane at the exit, both only accepting VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. Automated Pay Stations only accept VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. Automated pay stations do not accept cash. Roving attendants are on duty from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday for parking assistance. If parkers have any problems with the Automated Pay Station, they should request assistance by using the intercom button located at each Automatic Pay Station.
AFTER-HOURS PEDESTRIAN ACCESS

VALIDATION PROGRAM
If you wish to subsidize your clients’ parking, a parking validation program is in place, allowing you to validate parking in varied denominations, as you require. You can provide your clients with validated parking for the number of hours they have been in your office, allowing them to exit without cash or credit payment when leaving the garage. Parking validation is done electronically. For information or assistance on how to set-up an online validation account, please contact the Parking Office at (425) 451-0083.
GARAGE OCCUPANCY SENSORS
The Summit Garage features occupancy sensors throughout the facility, which switch non-emergency lighting on and off as needed, helping to reduce power usage by an estimated 200,000 kWh per year. Emergency lighting is on 24-hours a day, and is powered by The Summit’s backup generators in case of municipal power disruption.
