Fitness Center
Available to tenants of The Summit who have signed the Fitness Center Waiver & Release form, the newly renovated and expanded Fitness Center offers a modern, energizing environment to support wellness and healthy living. The facility now includes a dedicated stretching studio, spacious locker rooms with showers, and a full range of brand-new cardio and strength training equipment. Whether you're fitting in a quick workout before the workday or unwinding after hours, the Fitness Center provides a convenient and comfortable space to prioritize fitness.
The Summit Fitness Center entrance is located at the South end of the Summit I Lobby and requires a keycard for entry. Unauthorized use, including using another tenant's access card or not following the rules, will result in termination of Fitness Center access.

Conference Room
Exclusively available to tenants of Summit I and II, The Conference Room is a flexible, fully-equipped space that can accommodate up to 100 guests depending on the chosen layout. Ideal for meetings, workshops, or presentations, setup options include collaboration or classroom styles for up to 36 attendees, or a theater-style arrangement for larger groups. The room features a mobile whiteboard, a media system with projector and Blu-ray/DVD, and dedicated Wi-Fi. A convenient kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave is also available. Reservations, changes, and cancellations can be easily managed through the Tenant Handbooks portal.
Lookout Lounge
Located in the Summit II Lobby, the Lookout Lounge is a dynamic, multi-use space open to the public and reservable by tenants of Summit I and II. Designed for both relaxation and informal gatherings, the lounge features two table tennis tables and a shuffleboard table—all of which can be converted into flat-surface tables as needed. A TV and soundbar are available for entertainment or presentations, and a flexible arrangement of chairs and tables makes it easy to adapt the space for various needs. For added privacy, the Lounge’s glass doors can be slid closed upon request.
Parking Garage
The Summit offers convenient access with two main entry points—one off 108th Ave NE and another off 110th Ave NE. An above-ground roundabout provides a quick, efficient option for deliveries, pickups, and drop-offs. The property includes seven levels of underground parking, complete with EV charging stations, visitor stalls, accessible (handicap) parking, and a dedicated loading dock for larger deliveries. Three elevators are available on each floor for easy vertical access. A license plate recognition system streamlines entry, exit, and payment, while on-site staff are available to assist with any parking or access-related needs.

Bicycle Parking
The Summit has two covered steel bicycle racks on P2 of the parking garage, available on a “first come, first serve” basis for day use only. Bikes and locks must be removed daily.
Our Premium Bike Room on P1 offers card access entry, with space for up to 42 bikes, charging stations for Electric Bicycles, day use lockers, and a repair stand. To access this free amenity, complete and sign the Bike Room Waiver & Release Form.
On-Site Storage
The Summit has storage units available to lease on a monthly basis. For information about storage unit availability and rental rates, please contact the Property Management Office.
